Four things I wanted to combine. Only one format allowed all four at once.

Role

Creator & Producer

Planning, research, scripting, narration, animation, music, editing, titles, thumbnails and analytics — all handled solo. The channel runs on a bespoke production pipeline I designed myself, combining several AI tools.

What this shows is not which tools were used. It is the design decision: which stages to automate, and where to keep human judgment.

  6. Titles / Thumbnails Human-led

Titles and thumbnails are created and directed by me, while editing remains human-led with partial automation now being tested using newer AI models.

Visuals and music are AI-generated, but prompting, selection, sequencing and final quality decisions remain human-directed.

Analytics is AI-assisted; the resulting insights inform human publishing and creative decisions.

The channel runs on a pipeline of my own design, combining several AI tools.

I am currently testing partial automation of the editing stage — measuring what can safely be delegated and where it breaks down, and redrawing the line as I go.
